Step 1: Student contacts local Counselor, Local counselor takes down requirements and sends it across to Counselor in US.
Step 2: Counselor from US contacts student, either through WhatsApp or email and starts conversation on needs of the student. Counselor from US has multiple WhatsAp meeting with student to analyze requirements and advise course of action to the student. Counselor advises to make the right choice of the school, choice of major, session to start school. Depending on requirements Counselor advises on when to take either the GRE/GMAT/TOEFL/Duolingo or IELTS.
Step 3: Based on advice from Counselor and requirements the student decides to apply.
Step 4: With help from Counselor the student fills and submits the application.
Step 5: Once applied, the Counselor acts as an agent and follows up with school regularly for status on application, address any questions. Counselor continues to act as an intermediary and help both the student and the university till the student gets the I20 form.
Step 6: NextGen helps students with their admission process and settling in to start their studies.
